Kettlebell Sumo Dead Lift Move

To continue on with this morning’s post, here’s an example of a kettlebell move to really lift and firm your butt, called the Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift. I hope this will help give definition to my pancake butt, especially in time to rock it in my bikini!

The above video demonstrates a few different variations on the move, as well as substituting a kettlebell for a dumbbell, and what to do if you don’t have access to either of these! I cant wait to try this out with my kettlebell, but I liked it well enough without anything and could feel the burn.
