A few people that I’ve been talking to have wanted to workout their biceps, so here’s a video that you can do at home! This is quick and dirty, and you can set the intensity of the workout by controlling how heavy the dumbbells are.
This will help you get nice definition by sculpting the muscles, and will teach you how to workout with dumbbells at home to build better biceps. Women love a man with great arms, and ladies, this will help you get tank top ready for the summer!
The workout is as follows:
Alternate Dumbbell Curls 2 sets of 8-15 reps (no rest)
Hammer Curls 2 sets of 8-15 reps (no rest)
Concentration Curls 2 sets of 8-15 reps (1 min rest)
Then repeat 2-3 times if you feel like you can.
