It’s A Shame For You Not To Tone Your Butt — When These People Do It So Easily

Ladies: Get that butt YOU’VE always wanted!

 

This video is more for the women of the blog than the men, but both can benefit!
Most women want a curved backside, and it’s definitely portrayed in a  positive light in popular media through songs such as “Baby Got Back”, and by the sheer amount of women who covet a butt like Kim Kardashian.  Most women that I talk to wish that they had a bigger butt, and what most of them don’t realize is that it’s really easy to get one!  The secret?  Just work out.  If you build up your glute muscles, you build up your butt, while still looking amazingly toned.
I loved this video because the trainer is very personable, and explains why you should do the moves you’re doing, and what they do for your butt.  You have to pause the video to complete the reps before he moves on, but once you know what you’re doing you don’t even need the video!
It works all of the gluteus muscles, which provides a nice lifted butt, perfect for bikini season.  Who wants a flat butt in the summer? Not me, I know that for sure.  I’m going to incorporate this video into my daily workout, because it also works out my inner thighs!  Another great work out to get that lifted butt you always wanted is to squat.  A great daily work out to work your glutes would to be this video along with a few reps of 20 squats, and then just watch your butt get toned!As with anything, you want to make sure you have proper form, so when doing a squat you want to make sure that you’re keeping these things in mind:
  • Knees, hips, and toes, feet are pointing forward.
  • Buttocks are level with your knees, not dropped.
  • Knees aren’t past your toes.
  • Chest is lifted, and shoulders are down and back
  • Back isn’t arched.
  • Abdominal muscles are engaged.

These simple exercises don’t require equipment, which is the best part!  Even for the video, I’ve been doing it without the weights for now, and can see a difference.  What’s your favorite butt building and toning exercise?  Be sure to comment below about what you want to see next!
