Do Your Daily Workout Right; Work Out With The Workout Of The Day
So today we’re going to do things a little bit different. Instead of posting a video, I’m going to give you your workout, you’re going to do it, and you’re going to comment below of what you did!
Ready? Here we go!
Part one: Do 25-30 reps of your favorite exercise
Part two: Drop down and give me 30 of the last exercise you did yesterday
Part three: Pick up your ipod, put on your two favorite songs, and do NOT stop dancing till they’re over
Part four: What’s that exercise you hate doing because it’s so hard? Give me 30 reps
Now repeat 😉
