Today’s video uses helpful props such as dumbbells and stretch bands, with help rev up the intensity of the workout, as well as engaging more muscles than would have been used before.

I’d recommend doing 10-15 reps of each, then repeating the exercise, with 5lb-10lb dumbbells, especially for the beginners out there!

The workout is composed of

  • Squats
  • Lateral Raises
  • Cross Body Mountain Climbers
  • Bird Dogs

Seems simple enough, but when you add the dumbbells and another set, I guarantee you’ll be sweating like crazy!  Total body workouts are great for overall fat loss, strength training, and general health.  Be sure to pair this workout by drinking lots of water.
