Workout Using ONE Move To Get Amazing Abs
Simple Pilates For A Great Fat Burning Workout
Today’s workout doesn’t have a video, just super simple instructions. I woke up and did two sets of this three step workout and my abs were on fire! This works out all of your ab muscles, including your obliques and it make me more sore than I would care to admit because of how deep it reached.
I put on some super fast paced music to keep me motivated and then did these three steps:
1) Lay down on a yoga mat or towel
2) Raise legs in the air
And… Wait for it…
3) Write the alphabet in the air using your entire legs.
If you use your entire legs, you get a full range of motion, and your core is really engaged trying to keep your legs up in the air. It was GREAT. I know it seems super silly, but try it and then do another set if you can. I ABSolutely loved it (haha), and I think I’ll make this my morning “get out of bed routine” for a while.
