Improve Your Workout By Getting Rid Of Tight Hip Flexors

I realized I’ve never posted any stretching videos, and I’ve been really bad about stretching before my own workouts. They’re important to do though, because they help prevent injuries and can also slightly function as a warm up! The guys who are doing this are stretching for Muay Thai, but I do these for general everyday hip tightness.


It can be a bit hard to hear what they’re saying, but the stretches are clearly demonstrated. Stretching is usually seen done by women for yoga, so I think it’s great that these rather built men are demonstrating ways to open up tight hips. This is for anyone, if you run, walk, job, sit at a desk, swim, ect. Everyone can benefit from this. How did it feel for you?
