It’s April 1st, which means that summer is seriously coming up fast. So we all want to get into shape for the summer break and vacation. In the meantime, the weather is heating up so shorts are quickly going to become an everyday thing. I for one want to show off some seriously sculpted legs, so I found this video that has some really great exercises that will slim down your legs quickly!
The workout is-
Side lunge with arm raise (make sure that your knee doesn’t go over your toes, and stays in line with your ankle). Two Sets, 24 reps each leg
Single Leg Deadlift – 3 Sets, 12 reps each leg
Tricep pushups with walkout – 3 sets of 10 push ups
Personally I really loved this workout, and I can feel the stretch still in my hamstrings! I’m super excited for summer now, and I hope everyone else is too!
