10 Minute Home Workout Leg Circuit

Workout for legs at home no equipment

Get your legs toned and tight!


I found this workout yesterday and I loved it so much that I decided to share it with you! My glutes are burning because I did 3 circuits of this home workout. I liked the fact that there was no equipment needed, and no weights! As much as I love my kettlebell and medicine ball, I like to do body weight exercises as well.
The workout is:
30 Seconds Knee Ups
30 Seconds Knee Cross
1 Minute of Squats
15 reps/side stationary lunges
15 reps- Stiff Leg Deadlifts
15 reps- Hip lifts

I did two circuits, but one circuit is fine too, it just depends on what your fitness level is. Some people might even be able to get away with three circuits. How many can you do?
