One Simple Move To Get Rid Of Your Belly Pooch

So when I was goofing off around the internet today, I found a really interesting article talking about getting rid of your lower belly pooch. What caught my attention about this article was their reason why girls have the lower belly pooch, shown in the picture below.

So if you’re eating clean and are working out consistently, but have still noticed that lower pooch, the problem might not be that you have fat on your stomach. The real reason is tight hip flexors, not a build up of fat (in some cases), but because the pressure of a anterior pelvic tilt, which pushes your lumbar forward like so.

As you can see, this causes that slight pooch, even though you could be perfectly skinny other wise. THIS is the exact problem that I have, so I’ll be doing this move to get loosen up my hip flexors and get rid of that annoying tilt!

Here’s the stretch that helps with it:

You do the stretch for 30 seconds each way, and I’d do this every day because it’s a stretch! I hope this helps, because I’d LOVE to see some improvement!
