Cardio Circuit For A Great Good Morning Workout
Wake Up The Right Way With Cardio And Feel Great The Rest Of The Day
This is what I woke up and did this morning, and got my day started off right! I haven't been doing much cardio lately and I can tell the difference in how I feel throughout the day. It makes me feel more energized, and not need coffee to get through my college classes. I feel sore from this workout, which tells me I definitely need to do more high intensity workouts to get my endurance level back up. I'm thinking of making things like this my warm up before I start throwing around kettlebells. What do you think?
