Continuing along the same theme of getting into Wolverine beast mode shape, here’s another video that uses various techniques including more kettlebell workouts!

 

The key to this workout is to limit the rests in between this workout is to limit the rests to 30-60 seconds max so you keep your heart rate up, and to do it much like with the Sincere video, fit in as many reps as you can into a 10-15 minutes time frame.  You start off by doing a push up,jumping up to complete a pull up.  Doing this for 10-12 reps, move onto curling a 45 pound bar and toss it up in the air for twelve reps.  Bringing the kettlebell into your workout, one legged cross squats with lifting the kettlebell as you come up with 10-12 reps on each side will work out your glutes, arm muscles, and your core.  After these extreme muscle building techniques, kettlebell swings in three directions for 10-12 reps each side (left, center, right), will engage those hard to reach obliques, trimming down your waist and love handles considerable.  Finally, to really get into shape, you’re going to do bridge hip twists, building those super mutant muscles to turn your body into a lean mean fighting machine that Wolverine would be envious of!
